The market inside Grand Central station off of Lexington Ave., NYC offers a variety of different foods and goods to be bought. These range from meat and cheese to flowers and chocolates. New Yorkers and tourists from all over the world flow in and out of these hallways throughout each day.
The Bien Cuit provides freshly made baked goods, such as bread and pastries. Throughout the day, samples of the bread are cut into bite size pieces and placed on display for customers to try.
One final product is a fresh loaf of French bread. After sampling a piece, customers can buy a whole loaf or just a few slices to take home.
